The terms that apply when you use our website and applications.
Acceptance
By using this website or any RPAS Apps application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our applications
Our applications are provided to help you track and estimate pay and other information. Calculations are provided as a guide only and should be checked against your employment agreement, award and payslip. We are not responsible for decisions made based on figures from our applications.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our applications in accordance with the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify or reverse engineer them.
Client work
Websites and apps we build for clients are governed by the written agreement for that project, which takes precedence over these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all liability for loss arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
